Ingredients

  • Yeraz Lavash Flatbread

  • Eggs

  • Bell Pepper

  • Onion

  • Sausage, bacon or other meats

  • Cheese

Preparation

  1. Scramble eggs with diced bell peppers, onions, and cooked breakfast sausage or bacon.

  2. Warm a piece of lavash bread in a skillet or microwave.

  3. Spoon the scrambled egg mixture onto the lavash.

  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.

  5. Add salsa if desired.

  6. Roll up the lavash to form a burrito.

  7. Serve and enjoy your breakfast burrito!
