Ingredients

  • Yeraz Lavash Bread

  • Favorite Tomato Sauce

  • Bell Peppers

  • Onions

  • Mushrooms

  • Olives

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Dried Oregano

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Spread tomato sauce over a piece of lavash bread.

  3. Top with sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dried oregano on top.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lavash is crisp and the cheese is melted.

  6. Slice and serve hot.
